Tatkal Delivery slot is the Fastest Delivery Slot to get your order at your doorsteps within just 2 hours** .With a minimal charge of Rs- 50 Only this shipping will be done & if we won’t fulfill this promise we will cash you back the compensation Rs- 60 (Above Slot of order will be delivered within 2 hours** except any natural climate, govt. strikes or road accidents).


1 1. 9AM – 01 PM Standard Delivery

The early morning slot is meant for the people who usually leave for work early.

2 01 PM – 05 PM Standard Delivery

The Fresh Slot- Fresh fruits and vegetables are mostly procured at hypermarkets around 10 AM. We pick fruits and vegetables from hypermarkets and pack them and start delivering.

3 05 PM – 09 PM Standard Delivery

Meant for people who leave early for work and are back home early as well. Order from the convenience of our Desktop Site or Apps and get it delivered right after you reach home.


When the last delivery slot gets full or closed by 3 o’clock PM & customers still demands for the same day delivery, we provide them the same day delivery in Premium Tatkal slot with a minimal Charge of Rs. 40 only. It delivered on our last standard delivery slot i.e. 05 PM – 09 PM.



Standard Delivery - All orders for Rs. 999 and above are eligible for FREE shipping. For orders below Rs. 999, a standard shipping charge of Rs. 20 only will be applicable.



We understand our customer’s daily need that’s why we make our minimum cart value of Rs, 299 only. Now customers can buy his/her daily needs like milk, bread, eggs, Fruits & vegetables on daily basis with zio basket.



We do believe in "Go Green" and discourage the use of polythene bags. Larger orders are delivered in plastic containers which are easy to carry for our crew and reusable. These also ensure that we do not have too many "Brocken eggs" and "punctured milk packets" although much of it largely depends on road conditions. Our orders are delivered in environment friendly red-blue containers. Also at the time of packing, we ensure that food items are packed separately and not mixed with other items like household cleanings & non-eatable products.



We have our own delivery network. We do use Tata ACE and Maruti van for large size of deliveries and motorcycles for small packet of deliveries. Our delivery boys will hand you over the products you have ordered at our site. They’ll give you a cross check with your product list with the help of delivery app than receive the payment (if COD) of the order and here the delivery is done.



Once the orders are dispatched, the customer gets an email and SMS of the same. Customer can check delivery status through our website and app under the section “Where is my orders?’’.


ORDERS



When you are browsing the products, you will see an “Add to Cart” button on the page. Simply click onto that button to add the same product to your cart. For getting the desire quantity of the same product you can click on the button (+) or (-) of the same product and save the quantity.

Tip: Customers are required to login first before adding any product to the cart. If your Cart is empty after selecting many products, it is likely that you are not logged into your account yet.



To Shop with zio basket one should have to create their account first & get their mobile number registered with us:

1. Shoppers can login to zio basket by using their mobile number & password sent by us via an OTP. Customer can also use social media login facilities available on our site/App.

2. Browse all the categories or search for a specific product with the help of search button and choose the one you want and add it to your cart.

3. Once you are done with selecting the products of your requirement, go to the cart icon and click ‘See All Cart Items’.

4. Review the items you have selected, Fill the delivery address box, and choose your delivery slot with the mode of payment.

5. In the meanwhile the next step is clicking on ‘Confirm My Order’ and here your order has been placed.

6. You will receive a confirmation shortly via email or SMS.

7. You can also track your order with the help of ‘My Orders’ to ensure the current situation of your order.



Your “Smart List” is a collection of all the items you have bought in the past and is a quick and easy way to fill your cart with your favorite products. Every time you make a purchase, the items you can save as your Smart List and describe it by a name of your choice. You may also add more items to your smart list or modify it as per your requirement. All the items are neatly organized by frequency of purchase or categories of your choice. To shop from smart list, just move it to the cart and Add more products if required & add them to your cart and now your shopping done. Shopping has never been this easy.



If you have an account with us, we will save the items that you added into your cart and sync them across your devices. However, we are unable to guarantee that the items will still be in stock when you return, as placing an available item in your cart does not reserve them for your order.



If you would like to cancel your order, please inform us at least 1 hour before your scheduled delivery timing. We will do our best to accommodate your request - though we’d really appreciate it if you’d be able to give as much notice time as possible. We are, however, unable to accommodate cancellation requests once your order has dispatched.



You can edit your order within 30 minutes just after the order has been placed. After 30 min there isn’t any possibility to edit or modify the order of yours.



No, we do not charge anything over and above the rates shown. Because all prices shown on the website & app are included all types of CGST and SGST. So, the customers don’t have to pay any other taxes other than the price of the products they have selected.


PAYMENTS



A customer can pay for their order via online payment or cash on delivery. We support multiple online payment options that include net banking, credit/debit card (Visa, Master and Maestro) and cash cards. Our trusted payment gateway, with secure encryption ensures that your transaction is safe. Alternatively, one can pay at the time of delivery as well. We accept cash only. At the time of checkout, customer needs to mention the preferred mode of payment (online payment, cash). A customer can use cash at the time of payment. We accepted sodexo meals vouchers without any conditions. Customers can also pay through digital wallet paytm, mobikwik etc.



Yes, we accept Sodexo meal vouchers.



No we don’t charge extra for same. But a Sodexo customer not eligible for any type of running offers.



zio basket wallet is the answer to all your payment hassles. Just add money once to your zio basket wallet by visiting www.ziobasket.com/wallet.html. Once the money added, it will be convert into ZB wallet that can be used by you & only you to pay for your future orders – without having to remember credit/debit card or net banking details every time you want to shop on Zio basket.



If your transaction is eligible for a cash back, you will receive it within 48 hours of delivery, in your zio wallet. In case of external wallet promotions, you will receive it within 72 hours of placing your order.



For amounts lower than Rs. 500, the refund will reflect as zb wallet within 24 hours, once the order is delivered. For amounts higher than Rs. 500, the refund will be credited back to your original mode of payment, within 7-10 working days for debit/credit card payments and 24-48 hours for other wallets.



Zb wallet is a cashless method of transaction on the zio basket. Your zb Wallet is automatically activated along with the registration. Any refund, for amount less than Rs. 500, will be credited in the zio basket wallet as cash which will be visible on your Zio basket wallet activity section. This can be used at any point of time for future transactions on Zio basket app and web. Currently we use ZB wallet for cash refunds only. However, very soon you should be able to add money as ZB wallet as well.



ZB wallet has lifetime validity and will always be accessible to shop at Zio basket.com. However some promotional campaigns we run have a limited ZB wallet validity.



We handover you the receipt of your order at the time of delivery. Also, you can look at your transaction history in the “My Orders” tab. However if there is any modification in your order/ invoice at your doorstep (in case of products return or missing the order products) final invoice will be generate in “My orders” tab. We don’t provide any revised hard copy invoice for the same.



A customer can apply discount coupon on their final shopping cart value at the end of the shopping before checkout. We allow only one coupon usage per delivery. Customers can view the money saved by the coupon discounted for the same order.

Our fruits and vegetables vendors have a quality check process in place to ensure quality of the items delivered, is up to the mark. You will receive an a call or SMS/email notification informing you about the unavailable items in this situation. Refund (if any) will also be initiated within 24 hours.



Yes, it is. All transactions on zio basket.com are completed via secure payment gateways (CC Avenue) which are PCI and DSS compliant. We do not store your card details at any given time.



Depending on slot timings and its delivery capacities, your order may be scheduled for a different day. However, you can choose standard delivery slots for same day delivery if you place an order before 5PM.
